Since 2006, Ach Ach Liebling has been cranking out designs inspired by Fassbinder movies, Berlin, The Switchblade Sisters, old postcards, anonymous portraits, Les Parapluies de Cherbourg, E.M. Forrester, classical archeology, Victorian print culture, railroads, clouds, candy, love letters and bullfights.

Ach Ach Liebling jewelry has appeared in magazines and newspapers, on the shelves of Urban Outfitters nationwide and in independent boutiques across the globe.

Joanna Petrone is a part-time educator and full-time craftaholic. After earning a B.A. in English at Stanford University, she trained at Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts to become a goldsmith. Joanna lives in Oakland, CA with her husband Steve and their three-legged cat, Gerty.
